Cost calculation

To find out the exact shipping cost, add the items to your cart: the total amount is automatically calculated and displayed before checkout.

Order Processing

Orders received after 12:00 pm are processed the next working day.

Confirmation and tracking

Once your shipment has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your order details and, if available, a link to track your shipment.

Check on delivery

• Check the condition of the external packaging.
• Check the number of packages received.

In case of visible damage (cuts, dents, signs of tampering), accept the package with reservations , specifying the reason on the transport document.

In the absence of a reservation, it will not be possible to request a replacement for damage or defects attributable to transport.

Delivery Responsibility

Starboard is not responsible for any delays in delivery, which are the sole responsibility of the courier.
