Cost Calculation

To find out the exact shipping cost, add items to your cart: the total amount will be calculated and displayed automatically before payment.

Order Processing

Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Confirmation and Tracking

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your order details and, if available, a link to track your shipment.

Delivery Check

• Check the condition of the external packaging.
• Verify the number of packages received.

In case of visible damage (cuts, dents, signs of tampering), accept the package with reservation, specifying the reason on the shipping document.

Without reservation, it will not be possible to request a replacement for damages or defects attributable to transport.

Delivery Responsibility

Starboard is not responsible for any delivery delays, which are the sole responsibility of the courier.
