Goods may be returned or replaced for defects or inconsistencies with the order, in accordance with current Italian legislation.
Minor aesthetic differences compared to the photos on the website do not affect the quality or functioning of the product.
Application requirements:
· Please report the defect by email to info@starboarddesign.it within 10 days of receiving the goods, describing it in detail and attaching photos.
· Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before shipping.
If the defect is a manufacturing defect:
· We will ship a new product immediately.
· Shipping and collection costs are paid by STRABOARD.
If the product is damaged due to misuse, tampering or poor maintenance:
· It will be returned to the customer.
· Collection and shipping costs are paid by the customer.
