Sometimes, the best ideas come by accident.
This is how Starboard was born: from an unexpected encounter between two different but complementary worlds.
On one side, a professional musician , with years of stage, studio, and rehearsal experience behind him. On the other, a technician , with solid modeling skills and a deep knowledge of materials. Two visions, two approaches. A single shared need: to create a pedalboard that finally truly meets the needs of musicians .
That initial exchange of ideas soon turned into something more: careful study, technical sketches, tests on materials and shapes.
Nothing was left to chance. The goal was clear from the start: to create a lightweight, durable, and functional pedalboard , carefully constructed and designed to last.
After months of work, testing, and improvements, the first Starboard prototype was born. A concrete project, born from the ground up, combining musical experience and technical precision . Today, that same vision guides every one of our products.
Because Starboard is not just a pedalboard.
